Multi-platinum rockers TESLA, Jeff Keith (vocals), Frank Hannon (guitars), Brian Wheat (bass), Troy Luccketta (drums) and Dave Rude (guitar) are on the road with their “Forever More” tour.
Tour is named for their seventh studio album, FOREVER MORE, on Tesla Electric Company Recordings (in partnership with Ryko Distribution).
Tesla reunited with producer Terry Thomas and engineer Michael Rosen for FOREVER MORE. Thomas was behind the boards for the band’s 1994 Gold-certified BUST A NUT album, while Rosen worked with Tesla on INTO THE NOW.
The band spent close to a year on a worldwide tour, between mid ‘07 and ‘08. During that time, the band recorded their COMIN’ ATCHA LIVE! 2008 DVD, the band’s first DVD in 17 years (since 1991’s “Five Man Video Band”). The DVD filled with over two hours of live music as well as behind-the-scenes footage.
Guitarist Frank Hannon shares, ” FOREVER MORE was written and recorded during a period of high energy and bizarre life circumstances for each of Tesla’s band members, with those experiences coming full circle throughout the CD.”
“I Wanna Live,” and “Fallin’ Apart” are the first two singles and videos from FOREVER MORE.

STEVEN TYLER checked himself into a rehab facility earlier this month after a series of surgeries and post-operative physical therapy (to correct long-time foot injuries resulting from his trademark athletic performance onstage).
“The doctors told me the pain in my feet could be corrected but it would require a few surgeries over time,” Tyler says. “The ‘foot repair’ pain was intense, greater than I’d anticipated. The months of rehabilitative care and the painful strain of physical therapy were traumatic. I really needed a safe environment to recuperate where I could shut off my phone and get back on my feet. Make no mistake, AEROSMITH has no plans to stop rocking. There’s a new album to record, then another tour.”

Maynard James Keenan (TOOL, A PERFECT CIRCLE, PUSCIFER) last week stopped by SuicideGirls.com headquarters for some lively conversation about PUSCIFER’s newest album, “V is for Viagra: the Vagina Remixes”, out today, April 29.
“I, personally, have only done Viagra once,” Maynard revealed. “I took a half a tab and it did nothing. Later that night I took the other half and it did nothing. By the time it actually kicked in I was actually at the airport going through security. Not a fun situation.”
With “V is for Viagra”, Maynard wanted to “abandon the idea of the songs being finite” and enlisted an array of musicians to tackle the remixes including Paul Barker (MINISTRY), Lustmord, Michael Patterson, Aaron Turner (ISIS), Danny Lohner (NINE INCH NAILS), and Dave Ogilvie (SKINNY PUPPY), among others. With titles like “Desert Porn Mix”, “Disco Viagra Mix”, “Guns for Hire Mix”, and “Dirty Robot Mix”, the resulting tracks are as varied and unique as the minds that created them.
James and Chloe Suicide sat down with Maynard at SuicideGirls.com headquarters where he answered a few questions about the remixes, PUSCIFER’s touring plans, and the new “DoZo” music video, which confirms that dildos do in fact make excellent weapons.
