Description:

corner bar on Madison’s eastside featuring some live music. We have, what was described in the Isthmus as, “elevated bar food”: daily specials and soups, salads, chili, burgers (including a great veggie burger and the much loved and recommended Mickey’s Burger), sandwiches, grilled chicken, pizza, mac & cheese and more.

Mon.- Fri. 4pm to bartime;
Sat. & Sun. 10am to bartime

History:
Mickey’s is one of the oldest operating bars in Madison. It was built in 1902 as The Yahara Hotel, serving mostly factory workers in the area. (More history will appear here in the near future.)

located in the near-east side’s Willy St. neighborhood, on the corner of Thornton and Williamson St., next to the Yahara River.
