Over 50 years ago, two young men with a love of pizza moved from Chicago to the Fox Valley. In May 1955, Pat Earle and Frank Pierri introduced their delicious, oven-fired, thin-crust pizza at Frank and Pat’s Pizza Palace in downtown Appleton to a community that had barely heard of pizza.
