BoB & Diane’s The Back Bar in Janesville, WI, a Venue built for live music since the 70’s. Together, we put together an awesome club that hosts some of the best Hard Rock and Light Metal bands in the area. We book different mixes of Local, Regional and National acts for each week. Recent National acts have been BRAIN SURGEONS NYC (Albert Bouchard of BLUE OYSTER CULT & Ross The Boss of MANOWAR), NAKED BEGGARS (Jeff Labar & Eric Britingham of CINDERELLA), Michael Angelo Batio, JIMMY NEWQUIST & CAROLINE’S SPINE, ON A PALE HORSE (Josh Brainard of SLIPKNOT), ROCK COUNTY (Tommy Holland of STEPPENWOLF). HEAD EAST and a few well know rock bands from the 70’s and 80’s played here in the 70’s and 80’s.
From Madison take Interstate 39\90 South to the Avalon Rd. exit just south of Janesville proper, exit 177. Go west to the first stoplight, HWY G, take a right, go for another half mile, Back Bar is on the right.
